Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) is the only state-owned bank in Poland. The primary business objective of BGK is to provide banking services for the public finance sector, in particular through the support of the government's economic programs, as well as local government and regional development programs implemented with the use of public funds, including those of the European Union.

Bank Millennium S.A. (former Bank Inicjatyw Gospodarczych S.A.) is a subsidiary of Millennium bcp (Banco Comercial Português, Portugal). Bank Millennium provides specialized financial services such as leasing, brokerage, and mutual funds, which makes it one of the largest banking groups in Poland.

Bank Pekao SA is a part of UniCredit Group. It is one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in Central and Eastern Europe. Bank Zachodni WBK (BZ-WBK) is a universal bank which provides a full range of services for personal customers, SMEs and large companies. The bank is one of the three largest banks in Poland. It was formed by the merger in 2001 of Bank Zachodni SA and Wielkopolski Bank Credit SA.
